Accustrip’s Oil Separator are designed for CNC-Machines, pre-treatment plants, and industry wash and are able to separate 99% of all free leak oils through their patented oil separation technology. They feature a very gentle and careful separation, a selection of swimmer systems to meet any requirement, are made of stainless steel (AISI 304), and can be installed without any tools.

Our Oil Separator is available in two distinct editions: Accu MINI and Accu BIG, each designed to meet different operational needs.
The ACCU MINI oil separator is a mobile unit specifically designed for the separation of free leak oils found in process liquids. Built with a cast iron pump, this compact unit has a tank volume of approximately 20 liters. This makes it a perfect solution for smaller applications or portable use.
The ACCU BIG oil separator, on the other hand, is a versatile unit that can function as both stationary or mobile. Which makes it ideal for larger-scale operations. It efficiently separates free leak oils from process liquids and features a special bronze alloy pump for enhanced durability. The tank volume is 80 liters, offering greater capacity for higher-volume applications.
